Waterford Estates Location: MD Rt 343 & Westside Bypass, Cambridge, MD 21613 Timeline: 2021 – January 2025 Development of 70 acres of land that includes site preparation and earthwork, utilities installation, construction of stormwater management ponds, curb and gutter, sidewalks, asphalt paving, and landscaping. Units: 204 total — 72 townhomes and 120 single-family homes.
