Construction Management
Our construction management team works with property owners and developers to assure their project is a financial success. We represent the owner and work with their general contractor to make sure the project is completed on schedule, within budget and assure the contract documents are completed in compliance with the specifications.
Renovations
Our renovations team works with property owners throughout the Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland metro area on a multitude of projects. Our speciality is multi-family mid-rise renovations but we’re also involved with many other projects for owners. Some of these projects include churches, row houses, commercial retail, restaurants and many more.
Land Development
Our land development team works with owners throughout Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland on various stages of land development. We have been involved in many stages of land development projects including supermarkets, gas stations, stand alone retailers, townhouse subdivisions and multi-family complexes.
Budgeting and Planning
We work with many owners on a retainer basis and in a consulting manner to guide them through the budgeting and planning process. Budgeting for a construction project and developing pro forma’s helps owners and developers get a clear picture of where they are headed financially. This is a critical step that will be worth your investment.
General Contractor
Our executive team, collectively, has over 50+ years of experience in general contracting. We’ve been involved in projects ranging from a few 1,000 square feet to projects over 100,000 square feet. Here are some project examples: restaurants, multi-family, churches, retailers, residential land development and single family homes.
