Luis is an experienced Project Manager and Superintendent with a strong background in overseeing both residential and commercial renovation projects. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, he ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His extensive expertise in construction management allows him to effectively coordinate daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, and address challenges as they arise, ensuring seamless project execution.
Luis plays a key role in collaborating with the estimating team during the bidding process, contributing to budget development and cost analysis for new projects. His ability to manage multiple stakeholders—from clients to subcontractors—ensures that all parties are aligned with project goals, specifications, and deadlines. Throughout his career, Luis has contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects, including commercial developments such as the Reformation Lutheran Church, two NiceCream locations, Taqueria Habanero at Bryant Street, Alegria Bar at Bryant Street, and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs Headquarters. His residential project portfolio includes renovations at 4332 46th St NW, 2100 17th St NW, 3203 Cleveland Ave NW in Washington, DC, and 5801 Highland Dr in Bethesda, Maryland.
