Jason brings over 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry. With a strong background in ground-up construction, tenant fit-out, historic renovation, and multifamily renovation, Jason has honed a deep understanding of both hands-on management and team leadership on large-scale projects. His unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results have earned him a respected reputation in the field.

Jason’s career began after he received his Civil/Structural Engineering degree from Villanova University in 1993. He started in the industry as a Structural Engineer for James Madison Cutts before transitioning into construction management. Over time, Jason became part owner of Monarc Construction, where he played a critical role in building the company’s infrastructure and establishing key operational systems that are still in use today. His innovative approach and leadership were instrumental in the company’s success, and his drive for excellence ultimately led him to oversee development and construction for Tenacity Group, a real estate developer.

It was during this period that Jason realized his true passion for construction and entrepreneurship. Motivated by his desire to shape the industry and lead projects with long-term impact, he founded Bruno Clay Management Group. With his vast experience, Jason has built a company focused on delivering exceptional results for clients, managing projects from inception to completion, and upholding a commitment to quality and integrity. His leadership and vision continue to drive the growth and success of the company, solidifying his place as an industry leader.
