The Somerset House - 1801 16th Street

The Somerset House, located at 1801 16th Street NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC, underwent a comprehensive redevelopment of all common areas. This seven-story complex was purchased and redeveloped by the Tenacity Group, also based in Washington, DC. The common areas that were renovated included the main lobby, all entry-level floors, a computer room, and a community room. As part of the renovation project with BrunoClay Management, Tenacity upgraded the window systems, roof, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

The redeveloped building condos were sold in the price range of $600,000 to $900,000 for the top floors, which feature two bedrooms and two full baths.
