We redeveloped all the common areas of the Somerset House DC located at 1801 16th Street NW Washington, DC in the DuPont Circle neighborhood.  The common areas included the main lobby, all entry level floors, computer room and community room.  The seven-story complex was bought and redeveloped by the Tenacity Group also located in Washington, DC.  Tenacity upgraded the window systems, roof, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems as part of the renovation project with BrunoClay Management.

The upgraded building condos were selling from the low $600,000’s all the way up to $900,000 for the top floors with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths.
