The Maple View Flats project focuses on essential repairs and improvements to both the common areas and individual units within the building. Bruno Clay Management Group was contracted to carry out various tasks to ensure the building is in excellent condition and the units are rental-ready. This project involves replacing damaged appliances, repairing leaks, and performing drywall patch-ups. The ongoing nature of the project allows for continuous maintenance and improvements as needed.
