We were contacted by the owners of The Metropolitan to renovate their building located at 200 Rhode Island Avenue NE Washington, DC.  The existing building was in need of upgrades in order to give it a more modern look.  Being built in the early 1930’s, the building had enough character with the overall structure that we kept the physical building up and did an interior renovation.  The project happened over the course of 12 months as we had to work around existing tenants to keep the rent coming in for the owners but also give them the ability to upgrade the building.

The building is now a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments located in a wonderful section of Northeast Washington, DC and has all the bells and whistles of a new project.
