Healthcare Facility – Complete Space Redesign & Design Management

Bruno Clay Management provided schematic design and construction management advisory services for the complete redesign of the Carient Health & Care facility in Manassas, Virginia. The project focused on optimizing patient flow and clinical efficiency through a full reconfiguration of the existing medical space.

• Complete clean-slate redesign to maximize exam room count and minimize hallway traffic congestion
• Clinical space programming including Echo rooms, Stress Test room, physician offices, nurse stations, and imaging adjacencies (SPECT, PET, Hot Lab)
• Patient flow optimization with dedicated check-in and check-out stations for up to 10 administrative staff
• Schematic design coordination with 3 test-fit layout options developed in collaboration with the owner
• Under AIA C132-2009 Standard Form of Agreement – Construction Manager as Adviser
