The project involved converting what was originally six separate suites into one unified, expanded facility, resolving longstanding permitting issues and growing the clinic’s capacity from approximately 9 to 14 patient stations.

Bruno Clay Management served as Construction Manager for the interior renovation. The scope of work included interior demolition to merge and reconfigure clinical spaces, complete HVAC system upgrades integrated with existing infrastructure, electrical and lighting modernization, new ceiling grid installation, and all required plumbing work, transforming the facility into a code-compliant, fully operational healthcare environment.
