1724 17th St NW, located in the desirable Dupont Circle neighborhood, is one of the most luxurious and urban living areas in the city. This building has a luxury entry lobby that further elevates the living experience in the building with unique amenities including an elevator for easy access, a peaceful courtyard perfect for relaxing, and a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city skyline. This project sought to remodel and restore spaces such as the lobby and hallways of the 8 floors that make up the building, using modern materials but maintaining its historic essence.
