The Somerset House - 1801 16th Street

Somerset House is a condo development located at 1801 16th Street NW Washington, DC in the DuPont Circle neighborhood.  The building was originally built in 1917 by Harry Wardman and was converted in 2014 into 84 condominiums.  The seven-story complex was bought and redeveloped by the Tenacity Group also located in Washington, DC.  Tenacity upgraded the window systems, roof, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems as part of the renovation project with BrunoClay Management.

The upgraded building condos were selling from the low $600,000’s all the way up to $900,000 for the top floors with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths.
